Transition Day 5 Tuesday 27th March 2018 Final Celebration

Today we had a special celebration with a very special visitor!!!  The Gorilla who loves Vanilla came to visit us and brought us delicious vanilla ice cream.  We had cones and got to decorate our ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce.  

We had lots of fun dancing with the gorilla and playing different party games with our P1 buddies.

We had one last reading of the story with Miss Black and then it was time for home.

Transition Day 4 Tuesday 20th March 2018

Today we were designing our own ice cream sundae!  We looked at all the ice cream sundaes in the book and the different flavours of ice cream and toppings.  We worked cooperatively with our P1 buddies to design our own sundaes with ice cream and toppings.  We decided on a name for our ice cream sundae and talked about our designs.

We are getting better and better at writing our names and had fun playing in the break out room.
